Take a moment for yourself in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Christmas and the anticipation of the New Year. Even in the cold season, Staufenberg Castle, surrounded by a fairytale winter landscape, is the ideal starting point for a visit to the nearby Christmas markets in Marburg and Giessen or a hike through the wintry castle forest. Return in the afternoon, coming back from the forest, to our restaurant “Ritterkeller” and look forward to a glass of mulled wine and cookies before enjoying a 3-course menu in the evening.
