Information for pet owners

Your fur friends are always welcome here. This applies in the rooms as well as in the outdoor area, but out of respect and consideration for other guests and staff, we ask you to observe a few things. Our hotel is pet-friendly, but pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or in the “Ritterkeller” restaurant for reasons of hygiene and to show consideration for other guests. Therefore, please always keep your four-legged family members on a lead indoors. As the immediate surroundings of the castle, including the ruins of the upper castle, are not suitable for walking your dog, the staff at the hotel will be happy to help you find a suitable place to walk your dog. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with dog hygiene bags.

We charge a room cleaning fee of € 15.00 per night and pet. Should any further damage occur, we will invoice you for this.
